The director of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone Norbert Mastalerz participated yesterday in the Education and Business Forum of Special Economic Zones, organized by the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. in Żory.
The meeting was an opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices in cooperation between business and the education sector, as well as to discuss how Special Economic Zones can support the development of the competencies needed in a rapidly changing labor market. An important element of the event was the inauguration of the Automotive StrefAcademy KSSE initiative, implemented with the participation of the Stellantis Group.

For the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone, the development of education, vocational training and cooperation between schools and entrepreneurs is one of the key elements in building a strong and competitive region. Access to a well-prepared workforce is not only a response to the needs of current investors, but also an investment in the future and the attractiveness of the areas covered by the Zone's activities.
Cooperation between education, business and local government is crucial for creating conditions in which young people can acquire skills that meet the real needs of the economy, and businesses gain access to qualified employees.
