TSSE EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN is an investment area managed by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.. It covers 35 counties and cities with county rights, as well as 261 municipalities in the Lubelskie, Mazowieckie and Podkarpackie Voivodeships. Additionally, we manage 760 hectares located in the Wrocław County (Lower Silesian Voivodeship).

In this area we issue decisions on support to entrepreneurs conducting business activities. Together we prioritize economic development, harness the region’s investment potential, and build strong cooperative ties within the zone and its surroundings.

Support for your business

TSSE EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN operates within the Polish Investment Zone (PSI). Within the PSI you can take advantage of a CIT/PIT tax exemption for a new investment. Currently there are no territorial restrictions - the whole of Poland is available for your investment.

To benefit from the tax exemption, you must obtain the so-called Decision on Support (DoW). We issue the Decision on Support on behalf of the Minister of Economy, as one of the 14 Special Economic Zones.

Companies of any size (micro, small, medium and large) from the industrial sector, modern business services and IT services that are planning to set up a new plant or expand their existing operations can take advantage of this opportunity.

Our strength and experience

The TSSE EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN area is managed by Industrial Development Agency (ARP S.A.), an institution of key importance to the Polish economy. ARP S.A. played an important role in the transition to a market economy, and today implements the "Clean Industry" strategy, focusing on offshore wind energy, the hydrogen industry, and space technologies.

It holds assets in 76 companies (with majority stakes in 51 of them), oversees 89 companies with State Treasury participation, and its activities cover industries ranging from shipbuilding, railway and metal, through mining and foundry, to packaging, textile, tourism and machinery. Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. is the founder or co‑founder of four foundations.

ARP S.A. also manages SSE EURO-PARK MIELEC. The company owns the castle-and-park complexes in Baranów Sandomierski and Krasiczyn, which are managed by the Pro Arte et Historia Foundation. As part of the PFR Group, ARP S.A. cooperates with key institutions, providing entrepreneurs with solutions tailored to their needs and business challenges.

The voice of entrepreneurs and local governments

The manager of the TSSE EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN Area, in accordance with the requirements of the Act on Supporting New Investments, has appointed the Council for the Development of the Economic Area - an advisory and consultative body.

The Council consists of representatives of entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of local government units covering the voivodeships, counties and municipalities located within the boundaries of the zone. The Council also includes representatives of the Provincial Social Dialogue Councils. Members are elected from among the candidates submitted to the Area Manager.

The tasks carried out by the Council include:

  • Providing opinions and conclusions on matters concerning the conduct of business activities within the area.
  • Proposing measures to improve the business environment and the socio-economic development of the area.
  • Presenting recommendations to municipal or county authorities on actions that could help increase the investment attractiveness of a given municipality or county.
