On March 30 this year, the Director of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone Euro-Park Wisłosan, Norbert Mastalerz, took part in the inauguration of the Polish Dual Use Chamber (PIDU) — an event that brought together nearly 300 representatives of public administration, business and non-governmental organizations. The meeting was attended, among others, by Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka — Government Plenipotentiary for the Instrument for Strengthening Europe’s Security; MEP Michał Dworczyk — Vice-Chair of the SEDE Committee; and Prof. Paweł Kowal — Chair of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine. During the ceremony, important cooperation agreements were signed with the National Chamber of Commerce, the Kazimierz Pułaski Foundation and the Eastern Flank Institute. The mission of the Polish Dual Use Chamber is to integrate the ecosystem of dual-use technologies — both civilian and defense — as well as to co-create optimal conditions for the development of innovation and to support Polish companies in entering global supply chains. We thank you for the invitation and the opportunity to participate in this event. It is a good direction for cooperation between public administration, business and academia.
