Industrial Development Agency (IDA) in Warsaw
the managing body of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN announces invitation to tender to select an entrepreneur who will receive a license for business activity within the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN and acquire owner's title to the real–estate consisting of non-built-up parcel No. 102/13 at the area of 0,1451 ha and no. 102/24 at the area of 1,0216 ha (KW No. BI1B/00193318/9), located in the municipality of Łapy, Łapy – Łynki area.
The plots are under the purchase as a whole.
The parcels are owned by Commune of Łapy. The real estate is located within the territory of the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN Łapy Subzone. The property is located in the area which is covered by the Urban Development Plan. According to the Urban Development Plan of Commune of Łapy the area is designated for technical and production purposes marked 8PSB.
Detailed information on terms and conditions of tender is included in the "Specification of essential terms and conditions of the tender no. 2/ŁP/2015", which is available in offices of IDA, Branch Office in Tarnobrzeg, ul. Zakładowa 30, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, tel/fax. 15 823 66 88, 15 822 99 99. The price for the specification is 12.300 PLN gross (23% of VAT tax included) and is to be paid into: Pekao SA I O/Tarnobrzeg, bank account number: 19 1240 2744 1111 0000 4004 2516.
Initial calling price for the real-estate in tender no. 1/ŁP/2015 – no. 102/13 and 102/24 is PLN 342 000,00 PLN + 23% of Vat tax will be added to the final tender price.
Conditions of participation in the tender:
The tender deposit is set to be – PLN 30 000,00 for plots no. 102/12 and 102/19.
All costs concerning the participation in the bid is of the buyer responsibility.
Offers in sealed envelopes, should be submitted not later than at 04.00 p.m on June 30th 2015 at. IDA Warsaw, Branch Office in Tarnobrzeg, ul. Zakładowa 30, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg. Offers will be opened in presence of the Commission, on July 1st 2015, at 11.30 , in IDA Warsaw, Branch Office in Tarnobrzeg, Zakładowa 30 St., 39-400 Tarnobrzeg.
A tender winner will keep his tender deposit as an advanced payment of the purchase price of the real estate against final sales agreement, while other participants of the tender will get their deposits back with no delay. Sales agreement fees will be charged to the buyer of the real estate.
Property owner reserves the right to keep tender deposit and refuse signing
final sales agreement if
a tender winner does not accede without any excuse to the contract in place and time indicated by property owner.
IDA reserves the right to cancel the tender due to important reasons.
Participants of the tender have no claim rights against IDA, nor against the real-estate owner in the case that a tender is closed without selection of an offer.
